تعیین ارزش تغذیه‌ای برگ درخت پستة وحشی و استفاده از آن در تغذیه گوسفند

چکیده

این آزمایش برای شناخت خصوصیات تغذیه‌ای برگ درخت پستة وحشی (خنجوک) با هدف استفاده از آن در جیرة گوسفند انجام شد. در آغاز خصوصیات شیمیایی برگ خنجوک اندازه‌گیری شد. آنگاه جیره‌هایی برای گوسفند حاوی 0، 5، 10، 15، 20، 25 و 30 درصد برگ خنجوک تهیه شدند. برای تعیین بهترین مقدار جایگزینی آن با سیلاژ ذرت با روش تولید گاز، خصوصیات هضم و تخمیر جیره‌ها بررسی شد. در مرحلة بعد، تأثیر جیره‌های برگزیده‌شده از مرحلة آزمایشگاهی (جیره با و بدون 30 درصد برگ خنجوک) بر مصرف خوراک، قابلیت هضم مواد مغذی، فراسنجه های  شکمبه‌ای و خونی ده رأس گوسفند نر عربی در قالب طرح کامل تصادفی بررسی شد. غلظت پروتئین خام، NDF، ADF و تانن برگ خنجوک به ترتیب 88/9، 95/47، 02/39 و 9۰/3 درصد بود. با افزایش درصد برگ خنجوک در جیره، تولید گاز روند کاهشی داشت؛ اما تولید تودة میکروبی و بازدة تولید تودة میکروبی روند افزایشی داشت (05/0P<). مصرف مادة خشک در گوسفندان تغذیه‌شده با جیرة دارای برگ خنجوک افزایش یافت. تیمارها از نظر قابلیت هضم ظاهری مادة خشک، NDF، ADF و غلظت گلوکز و کلسترول خون اختلاف معنی‌داری نداشتند (05/0P>). قابلیت هضم پروتئین خام، غلظت نیتروژن آمونیاکی مایع شکمبه و نیتروژن اوره‌ای خون در جیرة حاوی برگ خنجوک پایین‌تر بود (05/0P<). به‌طورکلی استفاده از برگ خنجوک تا 30 درصد مادة خشک جیره به‌صورت جایگزین با سیلاژ ذرت تأثیر منفی بر هضم ظاهری، فراسنجه‌های شکمبه‌ای و خونی گوسفندان عربی نداشت.

The present experiment was conducted to determine nutritional values of wild pistachio trees (P. khinjuk) leaves it's use it in the diet of sheep. Initially chemical composition of P. khinjuk leaf was determined. The diets containing 0, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30% of P. khinjuk leaf were prepared and used for sheep to determine the best replacement level of it with corn silage. Fermentation and digestion characteristics of experimental diets were investigated by in vitro gas production technique. Effects of selected diets from the in vitro step (control and diet contains 30% of the khinjuk leaf) on feed intake, digestibility of nutrients, ruminal fermentation parameters and blood metabolites were studied using 10 Arabian rams in a completely randomized design. The concentration of crude protein, NDF, ADF and tannin in khinjuk leaf were 9.88, 47.95, 39.02 and 3.9%, respectively. The gas production declined by increasing the percentage of P. khinjuk leaf in the diet, but the microbial biomass and efficiency of microbial synthesis was increased (P0.05).
