ارزیابی تأثیر استفاده از تانن نیمه خالص بر بخش‌های مختلف پروتئین کنجاله‌های سویا و کلزا در سامانة CNCPS

چکیده
در این تحقیق به‌منظور بررسی تأثیر نوع و سطح مصرفی تانن بر هضم شکمبه‌ای پروتئین کنجاله‌های کلزا و سویا دو نوع آزمایش انجام شد. در آزمایش اول ترکیب تانن انار-پسته به‌منظور فرآوری کنجالۀ سویا (کنترل، 10 و 15 درصد از مادۀ خشک کنجاله) و کنجالۀ کلزا (کنترل، 5 و 10 درصد از مادۀ خشک کنجاله) استفاده شد. در آزمایش دوم ترکیب تانن‌های مختلف (انار-پسته، چای-پسته و انار) در یک سطح یکسان ( 10 درصد از مادۀ خشک کنجاله‌ها) برای فرآوری هر یک از کنجاله استفاده شد. درنهایت بخش‌های مختلف پروتئین کنجاله‌های فرآوری‌شده و نشده بر پایۀ روش  CNCPS با پودر ماهی و کنجالۀ گلوتن ذرت مقایسه شدند. ترکیب تاننی انار-پسته در سطح 10 درصد برای کنجالۀ سویا و 5 درصد برای کنجالۀ کلزا می‌تواند سبب افزایش بخش عبوری قابل‌هضم در روده شود. این فرآوری‌ها نسبت به خوراک‌هایی مانند پودر ماهی و کنجالۀ گلوتن ذرت بخش عبوری بیشتری را داشته‌اند. درنهایت چنین به نظر می‌رسد که کنجاله‌های فرآوری‌شده با ترکیب‌های تانن‌دار می‌توانند برای تأمین بخش عبوری در جیرۀ نشخوارکنندگان استفاده شوند. اما استفاده از روش‌های درون تنی برای تأیید این نتایج ضروری به نظر می‌رسد.

چکیده English

In this research to investigate of the effect of tannin`s type and level on rumenal degradation of soybean meal (SBM) and canola meal (CM), two experiments have be done. At first experiment supplements were treated by semi-pure tannin of pomegranate-pistachio (PP), in different levels (0, 10 and 15 % of DM for SBM and 0, 5 and 10% of DM for CM). In second experiment, these supplements were treated by (PP), pomegranate-tea (PT) and sole pomegranate (P) at same levels (10% of DM).  The effects of these treatments on protein fractioning of treated and untreated SMB and CM was determined by, CNCPS system, in comparison with fish meal (FM) and corn gluten meal (CGM), as a sources of bypass protein. According to results, treated SBM by PP 10% (SBM-PP) and treated CM by PP5% could increase bypass protein fraction in comparison with FM and CGM. So it can be concluded that these treatments, could be used in reminant diet to provide by pass protein, but further research is necessary to investigate in vivo effects of these treatments.
