ارزیابی فراسنجه های عملکرد، وزن اندام های داخلی و برخی پاسخ‌های ایمنی جوجه‌های گوشتی از طریق مکمل‌سازی سولفات آهن در دوره های مختلف تغذیه ای

چکیده

یک آزمایش فاکتوریل 3×3 با استفاده از 450 قطعه جوجه خروس گوشتی یکروزه برای تاثیر سطوح مختلف آهن (صفر، 40 و 80 میلی­گرم در کیلوگرم) از منبع سولفات آهن برای 3 دوره تغذیه­ای شامل کل دوره پرورش (سن 1 تا 42 روزگی)، دوره­های رشد و پایانی (سن 11 تا 42 روزگی) و دوره پایانی (سن 25 تا 42 روزگی) بر عملکرد، وزن اندام­های داخلی بدن و پاسخ­های ایمنی جوجه‌های گوشتی با استفاده از 450 قطعه جوجه یک­روزه در قالب یک آزمایش فاکتوریل 3×3 انجام شد. نتایج نشان دادند که 80 میلی­گرم سولفات آهن در هر کیلوگرم جیره، مصرف خوراک روزانه جوجه‌های گوشتی را در کل دوره پرورش بطور معنی­داری کاهش داد (05/0>P). افزودن 40 میلی­گرم بر کیلوگرم سولفات آهن در جیره، وزن نسبی تهی­روده، ایلئوم و کل روده را کاهش داد (05/0>P). وزن نسبی غده بورس فابریسیوس جوجه­های تغذیه شده با 40 میلی­گرم در کیلوگرم مکمل سولفات آهن در دوره پایانی در مقایسه با جوجه­های تغذیه شده با تیمار شاهد بیشتر بود (05/0>P). در دوره پایانی، اثرات مثبتی بر درصد مونوسیت­های خون جوجه­های تغذیه شده با جیره­های حاوی مکمل سولفات آهن در مقایسه با کل دوره مشاهده شد (05/0>P). همچنین استفاده از 40 و 80 میلی­گرم در کیلوگرم از مکمل سولفات آهن، درصد لنفوسیت­های خون جوجه­ها را بطور خطی (01/0>P) افزایش داد. به طور کلی، بر اساس نتایج این آزمایش بنظر می­رسد که مصرف 40 و 80  میلی­گرم در کیلوگرم مکمل سولفات آهن، با کاهش وزن روده باریک باعث بهبود کیفیت لاشه می­گردد و اثرات مفیدی بر پاسخ­های ایمنی جوجه­های گوشتی بخصوص در دوره پایانی دارد.

چکیده [English]

This experiment was conducted to evaluate the effect of different levels of iron (0, 40, and 80 mg/kg) with iron sulfate source (FeSO4) on performance, internal organ weights and immune response of boiler chicks in periods of whole production (w: 1-42 days of age), grower and finisher (GF: 11-42 day of age) and finisher (F: 25-42 day of age) using a 3×3 factorial experiment. The results showed that the utilization of 80 mg/kg FeSO4 significantly (P<0.05) decreased daily feed intake of broilers during T period. The addition of 40 mg/kg FeSO4 into the diet significantly decreased the relative weights of jejunum, ileum and whole intestine (P<0.05). The relative weight of bursa of Fabricius was higher in chicks fed 40 mg/kg FeSO4 supplement in F period as compared to birds fed control diet (P<0.05). The positive effects was observed on blood monocytes in chicks fed diet containing FeSO4 supplement during F period compared to T period (P<0.05). Furthermore, the inclusion of 40 and 80 mg FeSO4/kg diet linearly (P<0.01) increased blood lymphocytes percentage of broilers. According to the results of this experiment, it seems that the utilization of 40 and 80 mg/kg FeSO4 can improve carcass quality by reduction of small intestine weight and have beneficial effects on immunological responses of broiler chicks especially during F period.
