تأثیر کاربرد عصارۀ ‌متانولی، عصارۀ آبی و تفالۀ ‌انگور‌ یاقوتی (V. venifera) در مقایسۀ با پاداکسندۀ تجاری (BHT) بر شاخص‌های عملکردی، ‌ایمنی و پاداکسندگی سرم خون و جمعیت باکتریایی رودۀ کور در جوجه‌های‌ گوشتی

چکیده

این آزمایش برای ارزیابی تأثیر کاربرد عصارۀ ‌متانولی، عصارۀ ‌آبی و تفالۀ ‌‌انگور ‌یاقوتی (V. venifera) در مقایسه با پاداکسندۀ (آنتی‌اکسیدان) تجاری (BHT) بر شاخص­های عملکردی، ‌ایمنی و پاداکسندگی سرم خون و جمعیت باکتریایی رودۀ کور (‌سکوم) در جوجه‌های ‌گوشتی انجام گرفت. 150 قطعه جوجۀ یک ‌روزۀ گوشتی سویۀ راس­ 308 جنس نر، در پنج گروه آزمایشی، سه تکرار و ده قطعه جوجه در هر تکرار در قالب طرح کامل تصادفی به مدت 42 روز آزمایش شدند. گروه‌های آزمایشی شامل: شاهد (جیرۀ پایه بدون هیچ‌گونه افزودنی)؛ جیرۀ پایه به‌همراه 150 ppm عصارۀ ‌متانولی انگور؛ جیرۀ پایه به‌همراه 3 درصد تفالۀ انگور؛ جیرۀ پایه به‌همراه 3 درصد عصارۀ آبی انگور و جیرۀ پایه به‌همراه 200 ppm پاداکسندۀ تجاری BHT بودند. نتایج به‌دست‌آمده از این مطالعه نشان داد، کاربرد 150 ppm عصارۀ ‌متانولی انگور تأثیر معنی‌داری بر افزایش پاسخ ایمنی علیه ویروس نیوکاسل و آنفلوآنزای ­پرندگان نسبت به گروه آزمایشی شاهد داشت. استفاده از عصارۀ آبی، تفاله و عصارۀ ‌متانولی انگور در جیره منجر به افزایش معنی‌داری در فعالیت پاداکسندگی آنزیم­های سوپر‌اکسید‌دیسموتاز و گلوتاتیون پراکسیداز و ظرفیت پاداکسندگی کل در مقایسه با گروه شاهد شد، همچنین استفاده از عصارۀ ‌متانولی انگور منجر به تأثیر معنی‌داری بر کاهش میزان پراکسیداسیون چربی غشا نیز شد. کاربرد 150 ppm عصارۀ ‌متانولی انگور نیز تأثیر معنی‌داری بر کاهش میزان ریزجانداران (میکروارگانیسم‌های)سالمونلا، اشرشیاکولی و کلی‌فرم­های موجود در رودۀ کور جوجه‌های گوشتی داشت. در این مطالعه مشخص شد گروه‌های آزمایشی به‌کار گرفته تأثیر معنی­داری از لحاظ آماری بر فراسنجه‌­های عملکردی شامل افزایش وزن بدن، خوراک مصرفی و ضریب تبدیل غذایی نداشت. بنابر­این با توجه به نتایج به‌دست‌آمده گروه‌های آزمایشی حاوی تفاله، عصارۀ آبی و عصارۀ ‌متانولی انگور یاقوتی می‌توانند جایگزین مناسبی برای پاداکسندۀ تجاری BHT در نظر گرفته شود.

The current experiment was conducted to evaluate the effect of methanolic and aqueous extraction of Yaghooti grape and Yaghooti grape pulp (V. venifera) compared to a commercial antioxidants (BHT) on Performance, Immunity Responses, serum antioxidant activity and cecum bacterial population of Broilers. One hundred and fifty day-old Ross 308 broiler chicks were assigned to 5 dietary treatments, 3 replicated in each treatment and 10 chicks per each replicate in a completely randomized design for 42 days. The experimental treatments consisted of: control (basal diet without additive); basal diet with 150 ppm grape methanolic extract; basal diet with 3% grape pulp; basal diet with 3% grapes aqueous extract and basal diet with 200 ppm BHT as commercial antioxidants. The results showed that use of 150ppm grape methanolic extract had a significant effect on immune response against Newcastle disease and avian influenza viruses compared to the control group. The use of aqueous extracts, pulp and methanolic extract led to a significant increase in enzymatic antioxidant activities (superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase) and total antioxidant capacity compared to the control group. Also, use of grape methanolic extract reduced the lipid peroxidation of membranes significantly. The use of 150 ppm grape methanolic extract significantly reduced the Salmonella, Escherichia coli and coliforms in cecum of broiler chicks. It can be concluded that pulp, Aqueous and methanolic extracts of Yaghooti grape could be considered as a suitable substitute for BHT commercial antioxidant.
