تأثیر میوۀ بلوط و سطح متیونین جیره بر عملکرد تولیدی، وزن برخی اندام‌ها و ویژگی‌های استخوان درشت‌نی در مرغ گوشتی

چکیده

 تأثیر سطوح 0، 15و 20 درصد میوۀ بلوط به‌عنوان جایگزین ذرت در جیره‌های حاوی متیونین سطح توصیه‌شده توسط NRC (1994) و دو برابر سطح توصیه‌شده توسط NRC (1994) بر عملکرد تولیدی مرغ گوشتی با استفاده از 528 قطعه جوجۀ یک‌روزۀ سویۀ کاب 500 در قالب آزمایش فاکتوریل 3×2 بر پایۀ طرح کامل تصادفی با چهار تکرار و 22 قطعه جوجه در هر تکرار بررسی شد. در همۀ دوره­های آزمایش، جوجه­های تغذیه‌شده با جیره‌های حاوی 15 و 20 درصد میوۀ بلوط، افزایش وزن کمتر و ضریب تبدیل غذایی بالاتری در مقایسه با پرندگان دریافت‌کنندۀ جیرۀ بدون میوۀ بلوط داشتند (05/0>P). افزایش سطح متیونین جیره به میزان دو برابر میزان توصیه‌شده توسط NRC (1994)، مصرف خوراک و افزایش وزن بدن در دورۀ پایانی و کل دورۀ آزمایش را به‌طور معنی­داری کاهش داد (05/0>P). اثر متقابل معنی­داری بین سطح استفاده از میوۀ بلوط و متیونین جیره در مورد فراسنجه‌های عملکرد مشاهده نشد. استفاده از 20 درصد میوۀ بلوط در جیره بر برخی ویژگی­های استخوان درشت‌نی تأثیر نامطلوب داشت (05/0>P). به‌طورکلی، جایگزینی 15 و 20 درصد ذرت جیره با میوۀ بلوط باعث کاهش عملکرد جوجه­های گوشتی شد و افزایش سطح متیونین جیره نتوانست از این وضعیت جلوگیری کند.

چکیده [English]

The effects of replacing 0, 15 and 20 of corn by percent oak acorn (OA), in diets contacting recommended and twice recommended level of methionine by NRC (1994) on performance of broilers were investigated. 528 one-day-old Cobb 500 broiler chicks in a 2×3 factorial arrangement based on completely randomized design with four replicates of 22 chicks were used. Chicks fed with diets containing 15 and 20 percent OA had lower body weight gain and higher feed conversion ratio compared to those fed with diet without OA, in all experimental periods (P<0.05). The increasing dietary methionine level as Twice as NRC (1994) recommendation reduced feed intake and body weight gain in finisher and overall experimental periods significantly (P<0.05). No significant interaction was observed between dietary OA utilization and methionine for performance parameters. The 20 percent dietary OA utilization had undesirable effect on some tibia characteristics (P<0.05). Generally, the substitution of 15 and 20 percent of dietary corn with OA resulted in reduction in broilers performance and increasing the dietary level of methionine could not prevent this situation.
