تأثیر کاهش پروتئین قابل سوخت‌وساز همراه با افزودن لیزین و متیونین محافظت‌شده شکمبه‌ای بر عملکرد میش‌های آبستن افشاری

چکیده

هدف از انجام این پژوهش، بررسی تأثیر کاهش پروتئین قابل سوخت‌وساز (متابولیسم) همراه با افزایش لیزین و متیونین محافظت‌شدۀ شکمبه‌ای در پنج هفتۀ آخر آبستنی بر عملکرد و فراسنجه‌های خونی میش‌های افشاری و بره‌ها بود. 25 رأس میش یک‌بار زایش در قالب طرح کامل تصادفی نامتعادل با جیره‌های غذایی محتوای پروتئین قابل سوخت‌وساز کم همراه با لیزین و متیونین محافظت‌شدۀ شکمبه‌ای (LMP+LMRP) و زیاد (HMP) به ترتیب 20 درصد کمتر و معادل توصیۀ NRC (2007) تغذیه شدند. نتایج نشان داد که مادۀ خشک مصرفی، وزن بدن میش در پایان دورۀ آبستنی، تغییرات وزن بدن از آغاز آزمایش تا هنگام زایش، وزن بدن بیست روز پس از زایش تحت تأثیر تیمارهای آزمایشی قرار نگرفت (05/0P>). تغییر کاهشی وزن بدن در هنگام زایش در تیمار HMP نسبت به LMP+LMRP بیشتر و به معنی‌دار بودن نزدیک (10/0P

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of reducing metabolizable protein with rumen-protected Lysine and Methionine in diet during the last 5 weeks of gestation on performance and blood parameters of Afshari ewes and lambs. Twenty five mature (once lambing) ewes in a Unbalanced complete randomized design fed with diets containing low metabolizable protein but containing rumen-protected lysine and methionine (LMP + LMRP) and high (HMP), respectively, 20 percent less than and equal to recommendations of NRC (2007), The results showed no difference between the treatments regarding dry matter intake, body weight of ewes at the end of gestation, body weight changes from start of the experiment until the birth, body weight after lambing and 20 days post lambing (p>0.05).
