اثر مولتی‌‌آنزیم بر صفات عملکردی و قابلیت هضم اجزای مختلف جیره در شترمرغ‌های اهلی آفریقایی (Struthio camelus var. domesticus) 14 ماهه

در این تحقیق عملکرد، قابلیت هضم اجزای مختلف خوراک در جیره‌‌های با و بدون آنزیم در شترمرغ‌های اهلی آفریقایی در 14 ماهگی مطالعه شده است. سه تیمار آزمایشی عبارت‌اند از جیرة پایه، جیرة پایه همراه با 350/0 گرم در کیلوگرم آنزیم و جیرة پایه همراه با 700/0گرم در کیلوگرم آنزیم. آزمایش در قالب طرح کاملاًً تصادفی با 6 تکرار (6 پرنده) برای هر تیمار و در کل با تعداد 18 قطعه شترمرغ ماده انجام گرفت. در این تحقیق اثر آنزیم بر افزایش وزن روزانه و نهایی شترمرغ‌ها معنا‌‌دار بود (05/0<P). تیمار جیرة پایه همراه با700/0گرم در کیلوگرم آنزیم دارای بهینه‌‌ترین ضریب تبدیل خوراک بود که تفاوت معنا‌‌داری با تیمار شاهد داشت. تفاوت معنا‌‌داری (05/0 P<) در میانگین خوراک مصرفی بین تیمار جیرة پایه با تیمارهای حاوی سطوح مختلف آنزیم وجود داشت. همچنین اثر آنزیم بر قابلیت هضم انرژی خام، چربی خام، مادة خشک، مادة آلی و پروتئین خام جیره در شترمرغ‌های 14 ماهه معنا‌‌دار بود (05/0P<). در این تحقیق اثر استفاده از آنزیم بر قابلیت هضم فیبرخام، الیاف نامحلول در شویندة خنثی، الیاف نامحلول در شویندة اسیدی جیره معنا‌‌دار بود (05/0 P<). سطح 700/0 گرم در کیلوگرم از آنزیم به بهبود صفات عملکردی، مصرف خوراک، ضریب تبدیل خوراک و افزایش ضرایب قابلیت هضم مواد مغذی جیره در شترمرغ‌های 14 ماهه منجر شد.

The effects of a multi enzyme were evaluated on performance and nutrient digestibility in African domesticated ostrich at 14 months ages. There were three treatments as; common diet (1), common diet plus multi enzyme (0.350 gkg -1) (2) and common diet plus multi enzyme (0.700 gkg -1) (3). 18 ostrich were used in this experiment (6 birds per treatment). There was significant effect of enzyme supplementation on feed intake, dry matter intake parameters (P>0.05). Digestibility of Gross energy (GE), dry matter (DM), organic matter (OM), neutral detergent fiber (NDF) and acid detergent fiber (ADF) (P>0.05) was significantly affected by enzyme supplementation.  Treatment one showed the lowest organic matter digestibility than treatments 2 and 3. Enzyme in barley contained diet significantly increased the digestibility of Crude protein (CP) and crude fat (EE) compared with treatment one. Different enzyme level also significantly increased the digestibility of NDF and ADF compared with treatment one. Generally, the use of multi enzyme especially at level of 0.700 gkg-1affected to improve performance traits and feed intake parameters, nutrient digestibility, especially crude protein, NDF, ADF and NFC in growing ostrich chicks.
