اثر هورمون‌های eCG، PGF2α و GnRH بر بازده تولیدمثل میش‌های زندی در فصل تولیدمثل

چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش بررسی اثر تزریق هورمون‌های eCG، PGF2α و GnRH بر بهبود درصد باروری میش‌های نژاد زندی در فصل تولیدمثل بوده است. در این پژوهش 500 رأس میش 5/2 تا 4 سالۀ نژاد زندی در شرایط پرورش مرتعی، در فصل تولیدمثل انتخاب و برای همزمان‌سازی فحلی به‌مدت 12 روز سیدرگذاری شدند. سپس میش‌ها به 5 گروه مساوی (100 رأسی) تقسیم شدند. به میش‌های گروه اول هورمونی تزریق نشد. به میش‌های گروه دوم همزمان با برداشت سیدر 400 واحد eCG تزریق شد. به میش‌های گروه سوم همزمان با برداشت سیدر 400 واحد eCG و 1 میلی‌لیترPGF2α  تزریق شد. به میش‌های گروه چهارم همزمان با برداشت سیدر 400 واحد eCG و در روز چهاردهم 1 میلی‌لیتر  GnRH تزریق شد. به میش‌های گروه پنجم همزمان با برداشت سیدر 400 واحد eCG، 1 میلی‌لیترPGF2α  و در روز چهاردهم 1 میلی‌لیتر GnRH تزریق شد. تمامی میش‌ها 54 ساعت پس از سیدربرداری تلقیح مصنوعی شدند. نتایج نشان داد که درصد فحلی در تمامی گروه‌های دریافت‌کنندۀ تیمارهای هورمونی از گروه شاهد بیشتر بوده است (05/0>P) ولی بین تیمارها اختلاف معناداری وجود نداشت. گروه‌های دریافت‌کنندۀ GnRH دارای درصد آبستنی، زایش و بره‌زایی بیشتری از سایر گروه‌ها بودند (05/0>P). همچنین درصد آبستنی، زایش و بره‌زایی در گروه‌های دریافت‌کنندۀ eCG و PGF2α نیز از گروه شاهد بیشتر بود (05/0>P). در نتیجه با استفاده از تزریق eCG در هنگام سیدربرداری و GnRH در روز تلقیح مصنوعی می‌توان بازده تولیدمثلی را در گوسفندان نژاد زندی در فصل تولیدمثل بهبود بخشید.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to determine the effects of eCG, PGF2α and GnRH hormone on improvement of reproduction performance of CIDR synchronized Zandi ewes in breeding season. 500 ewes with age of 2.5-4 years and same nutritional condition were selected for this study and received CIDR for 12 days. Then these ewes were assigned to five equal groups. First group received no hormone (control group). In the second group, ewes were injected 400 Iu of eCG at the time of CIDR removal. The ewes of third group received 400 IU of eCG and 1 ml PGF2α at the time of CIDR removal. The ewes of forth group received 400 IU of eCG at the time of CIDR removal and 1 ml GnRH in 14th day. The ewes of fifth group were received 400 IU of eCG and 1 ml PGF2α at the time of CIDR removal and 1 ml GnRH in 14th day. All ewes were inseminated 54 hours after CIDR removal. Results showed that heat rate was higher in hormone treated groups than control group (P<0.05), but the diffrences between treated groups were not significant. Groups receiving GuRHhad higher pregnancy rate, parturition rate and lambing rate than other groups (P<0.05). Pregnancy rate, parturition rate and lambing rate of eCG and PGF2α groups were higher than control group (P<0.05). In conclusion using of eCG injection at the time of CIDR removal and GnRH in the day of artificial insemination could improve reproductive efficiency in Zandi ewe in the breeding season.
