اثر افزودن عصارۀ آبی آویشن شیرازی (Zataria multiflora Boiss) در آب آشامیدنی بر عملکرد تولیدی و پاسخ‌های ایمنی در جوجه‌های گوشتی

چکیده

این مطالعه به‌منظور بررسی اثر افزودن مقادیر صفر (شاهد)، 5/0، 1، 5/1 و 2 میلی‌لیتر عصارۀ آبی آویشن شیرازی در یک لیتر آب آشامیدنی، بر عملکرد تولیدی و پاسخ ایمنی در جوجه‌های گوشتی، با استفاده از 200 قطعه جوجۀ یک‌روزۀ سویۀ راس 308 در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با 5 تیمار، 4 تکرار و 10 مشاهده در هر تکرار اجرا شد. مصرف خوراک روزانه، افزایش وزن روزانه و ضریب تبدیل خوراک اندازه‌گیری شد. پاسخ ایمنی هومورال با اندازه‌گیری عیار آنتی‌بادی سرم در 21، 28، 35 و 42 روزگی در واکنش به تزریق 1/0 میلی‌لیتر گلبول قرمز گوسفندی (SRBC) در 8 و 22 روزگی ارزیابی شد. پاسخ ایمنی سلولی با تزریق 1/0 میلی‌لیتر فیتوهماگلوتنین به‌صورت داخل جلدی به چین پوستی بال در 16 روزگی تعیین شد. اثر عصاره بر مصرف خوراک روزانه، افزایش وزن روزانه، ضریب تبدیل خوراک و اجزای لاشۀ جوجه‌های گوشتی معنادار نبود. در 21 روزگی مصرف 2 میلی‌لیتر عصارۀ آبی آویشن شیرازی در یک لیتر آب آشامیدنی باعث افزایش عیار Anti-SRBC کل و IgM شد؛ در 28 روزگی تیمارهای 1 و 5/1 میلی‌لیتر عصاره باعث افزایش IgM شدند؛ در 35 روزگی تیمارهای 5/0، 5/1 و 2 میلی‌لیتر عصاره باعث افزایش عیار Anti-SRBC کل و IgG و در 42 روزگی تیمارهای 5/1 و 2 میلی‌لیتر عصاره باعث افزایش IgG شدند (05/0>P). سیستم ایمنی سلولی در پاسخ به تزریق فیتوهماگلوتنین تحت تأثیر تیمارها قرار نگرفت. نتایج این آزمایش نشان داد که افزودن عصارۀ آبی آویشن شیرازی در آب آشامیدنی بر عملکرد و سیستم ایمنی سلولی جوجه‌های گوشتی تأثیری ندارد، ولی سیستم ایمنی هومورال را بهبود می‌بخشد.

چکیده [English]

This study was conducted to investigate the effect of0 (control), 0.5, 1, 1.5 and 2 ml/L of Shirazi thyme aqueous extract in drinking water on performance and immune response in broilers. Two hundred one- day- old broiler chicks (Ross 308) were allocated to five treatments with four replicates and 10 birds per cage in a completely randomized design. Daily feed intake, daily body weight gain and feed conversion ratio were measured. The birds were chalenged by sheep red blood cell (SRBC) on days 8 and 22 of age and serum antibody levels produced in response to SRBC were measured on days 21, 28, 35 and 42. Skin response to Phytohemagglutinin-P (PHA-P) injection was assessed intradermally on day 16. The Shirazi thyme aqueous extract had no effect on feed intake, daily weight gain, feed conversion ratio and carcass traits. The consumption of 2 ml/L Shirazi thyme aqueous extract in drinking water increased total Anti-SRBC and IgM titers on day 21; 1 and 1.5 ml/L increased IgM titer on day 28; 0.5, 1.5 and 2 ml/L increased total Anti-SRBC and IgG titers on day 35 and 1.5 and 2 ml/L increased IgG titer on day 42 (P<0.05). Cell immunity in response to PHA-P injection was not affected by treatment groups. It can be concluded that Zataria multifora Boiss have no effects on performance and cell immunity but improve humoral immunity in broilers.
