اثر پودر آنغوزه (Ferula assa foetida) بر عملکرد، وضعیت ایمنی و جمعیت میکروبی روده‌های کور جوجه‌های گوشتی

چکیده

به منظور بررسی تأثیر افزودن 5 سطح پودر گیاه آنغوزه (صفر، 25/0، 5/0، 75/0 و 1 درصد) به جیرة غذایی بر عملکرد، ایمنی هومورال و سلولی و جمعیت میکروبی روده‌های کور جوجه‌های گوشتی مخلوط نر و مادة سویة راس- 308، آزمایشی در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با 5 تیمار، 4 تکرار و 10 جوجه در هر تکرار در مراحل سنی 21-1 و 42-22 روزگی اجرا شد. در مرحلة سنی 42-22 روزگی، مقدار افزایش وزن در پرندگان تغذیه‌شده با جیرة حاوی 75/0 درصد آنغوزه در مقایسه با شاهد بیشتر بود (05/0P<). افزودن آنغوزه در مرحلة سنی
 21-1 روزگی بر ضریب تبدیل خوراک تأثیری نداشت (05/0<P) اما در کل دورة آزمایش، ضریب تبدیل خوراک در پرندگان تغذیه‌شده با جیرة حاوی 75/0 درصد آنغوزه در مقایسه با شاهد کمتر بود (05/0P<). پرندگان تغذیه‌شده با سطوح مختلف آنغوزه، در مقایسه با شاهد، تیتر آنتی‌بادی بالاتر علیه ویروس نیوکاسل و برونشیت و پاسخ ایمنی سلولی قوی‌تری پس از 48 ساعت چالش با دی‌نیتروکلروبنزن داشتند (05/0P<). پرندگان تغذیه‌شده با سطح 75/0 درصد آنغوزه، وزن نسبی بورس فابریسیوس بیشتری از پرندگان گروه شاهد داشتند (05/0P<). افزودن پودر آنغوزه، جمعیت لاکتوباسیل‌های روده‌های کور را افزایش داد (05/0P<). نتایج مطالعة حاضر نشان می‌دهد که استفاده از سطح 75/0 درصدی پودر گیاه دارویی آنغوزه در جیرة جوجه‌های گوشتی بر ضریب تبدیل خوراک، ایمنی هومورال و سلولی و جمعیت لاکتوباسیل‌های روده‌های کور اثر مثبت دارد.

چکیده [English]

This research was conducted to evaluate the effects of adding five levels of Ferula assa foetida powder (0, 0.25, 0.50, 0.75 and 1 percent of diet) on performance, humoral and cellular immune status and cecal microbial population. A total of 200 one-day-old mixed sex Ross 308 broiler chicks were randomly assigned to 5 experimental groups with each four replicates and 10 birds in each replicate, using to a completely randomized design. Experimental periods were as 1-21 and 22-42 days of age. During 22-42 days of age, the highest body weight gain (BWG) was observed in birds fed diet containing 0.75% Ferula assa foetida (FAF). At 1-21 days of age, adding FAF to the diet did not affect FCR (P>0.05) but at 22-42 days of age the lowest FCR was observed in birds fed 0.75% FAF compared to control group (P<0.05). Birds fed FAF, had higher antibody titer against NDV, IB and cellular immunity 48h after challenging with 2,4-Dinitrochlorobenzene (P<0.05). Birds fed 0.75 percent FAF, had higher relative bursa of Fabricius weight compared to birds in control group (P<0.05). Cecal lactobacilli population improved by using FAF in diet (P<0.05). Result of this experiment showed that using 0.75% FAF powder in diet of broilers could improve FCR, humoral and cellular immune responses as well as cecal lactobacilli population.
