تولید مخمر غنی از سلنیوم و ارزیابی اثر سطوح مختلف آن بر ریختشناسی و بیومتری اندامهای داخلی و تولیدمثلی در مرغهای مادر گوشتی
هدف از انجام این پژوهش، تولید مخمر غنی از سلنیوم و تعیین سطح مطلوب آن بر فراسنجههای ریختشناسی و بیومتری اندامهای داخلی و تولیدمثلی مرغهای مادر گوشتی در مقایسه با سلنیوم آلی تجاری سلمکس و سدیم سلنیت معدنی بود. این طرح در قالب دو بخش انجام شد: در آزمایش اول، مخمر غنی از سلنیوم تولید شد. در آزمایش دوم، از 150 قطعه مرغ مادر گوشتی سویه راس در سن 49 هفتگی در 6 تیمار، 5 تکرار و 5 پرنده در هر تکرار استفاده شد. تیمارها شامل 1- گروه شاهد (فاقد مکمل سلنیوم)، 2- SY0.15، 3- SY0.3، 4- SY0.45 (بهترتیب مخمر غنی از سلنیوم تولیدی با سطوح 15/0، 3/0 و 45/0)، 5- گروه Selemax (سلنیوم آلی تجاری سلمکس با سطح 3/0) و 6- گروه SS(سدیم سلنیت با سطح 3/0) میلیگرم در کیلوگرم جیره بود. در پایان آزمایش از هر تکرار سه قطعه مرغ کشتار شدند. مقدار سلنیوم در هر کیلوگرم مخمر خشک در آزمایش اول، بهطور میانگین 2823 میلیگرم بهدست آمد. در آزمایش دوم، تعداد فولیکولهای بزرگ، در تیمار SY0.45 نسبت به تیمارهای شاهد، SY0.15 و SS بهطور معنیداری بیشتر بود. وزن چربی حفره بطنی در تیمار SY0.45 نسبت به تیمار شاهد بهطور معنیداری کمتر بود. بنابراین، استفاده از 45/0 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم از سلنیوم آلی تولیدی در جیره مرغ مادر تعداد فولیکولهای بزرگ را افزایش و چربی حفره بطنی را کاهش داد .البته نیاز است که سایر فراسنجههای عملکردی و تولیدمثلی در مطالعات آتی نیز بررسی گردد.

قیمتگذاری شیر خام بر مبنای فرآوردههای لبنی پر مصرف در بازار ایران
در این پژوهش، برای قیمتگذاری شیر یک روش چند مؤلفهای پیشنهاد و با روش فعلی مابه التفاوت جزئی مقایسه شد. برای این منظور از خصوصیات کمّی و کیفی شیر خام و محصولات لبنی، اطلاعات اقتصادی مربوط به قیمت فروش و هزینه تولید محصولات لبنی در سال 1396 استفاده شد. پنیر، خامه، شیرخشک بدون چربی و شیر نوشیدنی بعنوان محصولات مرجع و پر مصرف در نظر گرفته شدند. بعد از محاسبه درآمد خالص هر محصول مرجع، با در نظرگرفتن ترکیبات و نسبت تولید آنها، ارزش هر درصد چربی و پروتئین با استفاده از روش حداقل مربعات وزنی برآورد شد. ارزش هر درصد چربی و پروتئین بهترتیب 2741 و 1311 ریال و قیمت یک کیلوگرم شیر پایه با 2/3 درصد چربی و 0/3 درصد پروتئین 12704 ریال برآورد شد که اندکی بالاتر از قیمت پایه فعلی 12500 ریال بود. تفاوت ارزش ریالی باکیفیتترین و کم کیفیتترین شیر در روش قیمتگذاری چند مؤلفه ای بیش از دو برابر روش فعلی مابه التفاوت جزئی بود. برای افزایش قابلیت پذیرش قیمتگذاری چند مؤلفهای توسط شرکتهای لبنی و دامداران لازم است، در ساختار قیمتگذاری فرآوردههای پروتئینی تجدید نظر صورت گیرد.

برآورد پارامترهای ژنتیکی صفات وزن بدن در دوره پایانی رشد و ایمنی همورال در بلدرچین ژاپنی
هدف مطالعه حاضر برآورد پارامترهای ژنتیکی صفات رشد در سنین پایانی (25 تا 45 روزگی) و پاسخهای سیستم ایمنی همورال در بلدرچین ژاپنی بود. دادههای رشد (اوزان بدن (BW) در سنین 25، 30، 35، 40 و 45 روزگی و همچنین متوسط افزایش وزن بدن (ADG) در دورههای 5 روزه) و پاسخ سیستم ایمنی (عیار آنتیبادی علیه SRBC (IgT) و واکسن نیوکاسل (IgN)) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. از تجزیه و تحلیل چند صفتی با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری گیبس به کمک نرمافزار Gibbsf90 برای برآورد پارامترهای ژنتیکی استفاده شد. دامنه وراثتپذیریهای برای صفات BW و ADG بهترتیب 437/0-303/0 و 338/0- 053/0 بود. وراثتپذیری برای صفات IgT و IgN نیز بهترتیب 252/0 و 015/0 برآورد شد. همبستگی ژنتیکی صفات رشد با پاسخهای ایمنی منفی و از کم تا متوسط برآورد شد (218/0- تا 483/0-). با توجه به نتایج، انتخاب ژنتیکی برای صفات وزن بدن نسبت به صفات افزایش وزن و ایمنی میتواند پاسخ ژنتیکی بالاتری را در پی داشته باشد. در بین صفات وزن بدن، وزن 30 روزگی با توجه به همبستگی ژنتیکی بالا با BW45 (809/0)، وراثتپذیری متوسط (406/0) و همبستگی ژنتیکی منفی و نسبتاً پایین با IgT (226/0-) و IgN (235/0-) میتواند به عنوان معیار مناسبی جهت ارائه برنامه اصلاح نژادی به منظور بهبود صفات رشد و کاهش کم عملکرد سیستم ایمنی باشد.

آثار شکل فیزیکی خوراک و تراکم پرنده در قفس بر عملکرد، کیفیت تخممرغ و الگوی تولید مرغهای تخمگذار
تعداد 384 قطعه مرغ تخمگذار سویه شیور در سن 50 هفتگی انتخاب و در قالب طرح بلوک کامل تصادفی بهصورت یک آزمایش فاکتوریل 2×3 شامل دو عامل شکل خوراک (آردی و پلت) و تراکم (3، 4 و 5 قطعه مرغ تخمگذار در هر قفس) برای مدت 10 هفته استفاده شدند. صفات عملکردی مرغ بهمدت 10 هفته و کیفی تخممرغ در هفته 10 آزمایش اندازهگیری شد. نتایج نشان داد که اثر اصلی خوراک پلت نسبت به آردی در 5 هفته اول آزمایش سبب افزایش وزن تخممرغ (05/0P<) و در طول 10 هفته موجب افزایش وزن تخممرغ و کاهش خوراک مصرفی و ضریب تبدیل غذایی مرغها شد (01/0P<). در زمینه اثر اصلی تراکم، در 5 هفته اول با افزایش تراکم از 3 به 4 و 5، مصرف خوراک و ضریب تبدیل غذایی و در 10 هفته با افزایش تراکم از 3 به 5، درصد تولید تخممرغ و مصرف خوراک مرغها کاهش یافت. تغییرات وزن مرغ تحت تأثیر تراکم، شکل خوراک (01/0P<) و اثر متقابل این دو عامل قرار داشت (05/0P<). اثر اصلی تراکم گله بر وزن مخصوص تخممرغ در گروه با تراکم 3 نسبت به تراکم 4 به طور معنی داری بیشتر بود (05/0P<). در تیمارهای با خوراک پلت و تراکم بالا میزان تخمگذاری در صبح کاهش یافت (01/0P<). نتایج نشان داد اثر افزایش تراکم مرغ در کاهش مصرف خوراک فقط در جیرههای آردی قابل مشاهده است و استفاده از شکل پلت نسبت به شکل آردی ضریب تبدیل خوراک را بهطور معنیداری کاهش داد.

تغییرات غلظت استروئیدهای جنسی و بیان ژن گیرندههای آنها در دوره بلوغ خروسهای بومی
بهمنظور بررسی تغییرات غلظت استروئیدهای جنسی و بیان ژن گیرندههای آنها در بیضههای خروسهای بومی فارس، 24 قطعه خروس 5، 6، 7 و 8 ماهه بهطور تصادفی انتخاب شدند. در هر نوبت نمونهبرداری شش خروس کشتار و نمونههای خون برای اندازهگیری غلظت هورمونهای تستوسترون، استرادیول و پروژسترون و نمونههای بافت بیضه برای اندازهگیری میزان بیان ژن گیرندههای این هورمونهای جنسی جمعآوری شدند. نتایج نشان داد که غلظت تستوسترون و پروژسترون خون خروسها در سن 7 و 8 ماهگی بهطور معنیداری بیشتر از سن 5 و 6 ماهگی بود. بیشترین غلظت استرادیول خون در 5 ماهگی و کمترین آن در 7 و 8 ماهگی مشاهده شد. میزان بیان ژن گیرندههای تستوسترون و استرادیول در بیضه خروسهای 6، 7 و 8 ماهه نسبت به خروسهای 5 ماهه افزایش یافت ولی میزان بیان ژن گیرنده پروژسترونی در خروسهای 6 ماهه نسبت به 5 ماهه کاهش و در خروسهای 7 و 8 ماهه نسبت به خروسهای 5 ماهه تغییر نکرد. نتایج بهطور کلی نشان داد که غلظت هورمون تستوسترون و بیان ژن گیرنده آن در دوره بلوغجنسی خروسهای بومی فارس افزایش و علیرغم کاهش غلظت هورمون استرادیول بیان ژن گیرنده آن در این دوره افزایش یافت.

در پژوهش کنونی از اطلاعات جمعآوریشده طی سالهای 1372 تا 1389 در ایستگاه پرورش و اصلاح نژاد بز کرکی رائینی برای ارزیابی صفات تولیدمثلی 1312 رأس بز ماده نژاد کرکی رائینی و استنباط روابط علّی بین آنها استفاده شد. صفات تولیدمثلی بررسی شده شامل تعداد بزغالههای متولد شده از هر بز مولّد، تعداد بزغالههای شیرگیریشده از هر بز مولّد، مجموع وزن تولّد بزغالهها از هر بز مولّد و مجموع وزن شیرگیری بزغالهها از هر بز مولّد بودند. سه مدل ارزیابی ژنتیکی شامل مدلهای چندصفتی استاندارد، چندصفتی یکطرفه براساس دانش پیشین و چندصفتی براساس الگوریتم جستجوی IC با استفاده از رویکرد بیزین بر دادهها برازش داده شدند. مقایسه مدلهای مذکور با معیار انحراف اطلاعات (DIC)، میانگین مربعات خطا (MSE) و همبستگی پیرسون بین مقادیر مشاهدهشده و پیشبینیشده () نشان داد مدل چندصفتی براساس الگوریتم جستجوی IC نسبت به دو مدل دیگر DIC کمتر و برای کلیه صفات MSE کمتر و بیشتری دارد که بر مطلوبیت آن در ارزیابی ژنتیکی صفات مورد بررسی دلالت دارد. همچنین، تغییر رتبه حیوانات براساس ارزش اصلاحی آنها تحت مدلهای چندصفتی استاندارد و چندصفتی براساس الگوریتم IC نیز لزوم توجه به روابط علّی میان صفات برای دستیابی به رتبهبندی صحیح دامهای مولد را نشان داد.

تأثیر کنجاله کلزای تخمیری بر عملکرد، قابلیت هضم مواد مغذی، فراسنجه های خونی، کانی شدن استخوان درشت نی و خصوصیات روده جوجههای گوشتی
این پژوهش با هدف بررسی اثرات تخمیر بر خصوصیات غذایی کنجاله کلزا (با استفاده از لاکتوباسیلوس فرمنتوم و باسیلوس سابتیلیس و آسپرژیلوس اوریزا) و همچنین مقایسه کنجاله کلزای فرآورینشده با کنجاله کلزای تخمیری بر عملکرد رشد جوجههای گوشتی صورت گرفت. دراین تحقیق تعداد280 قطعه جوجه نر یک روزه گوشتی سویه راس 308 در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی به هفت تیمار آزمایشی با چهار تکرار و در هر تکرار با 10 جوجه اختصاص داده شد. تیمارهای آزمایش شامل تیمار شاهد، تیمارهای حاوی کنجاله کلزا و کنجاله کلزای تخمیری هر یک در سه سطح پنج،10 و 15 درصد بودند. نتایجنشان داد که تخمیر کنجاله کلزا سبب کاهش گلوکوزینولات و اسیدهای آمینه متیونین و سیستئین به میزان 50 درصد شد درحالیکه میزان گوگرد حدود 50 درصد و درصد پروتئین کنجاله کلزا تخمیری به میزان 2/2 درصد ماده خشک افزایش نشان داد. مصرف کنجاله کلزا و یا کنجاله کلزای تخمیری تا سطح 15 درصد تأثیری بر صفات عملکردی، وزن اجزا لاشه، کانی شدن استخوان درشت نی و قابلیت هضم مواد مغذی نشان نداد. استفاده از کنجاله کلزای تخمیری سبب افزایش میزان هورمونهایTSH و ACTH شد، همچنین ویسکوزیته روده با مصرف هر دو نوع کنجاله افزایش نشان داد (05/0>P) ولی بر ریختشناسی ژوژنوم و pH ایلئوم بیتأثیر بود. بنابراین کنجاله کلزا (تخمیری و یا فرآورینشده) را میتوان تا سطح 15 درصد بدون تأثیر منفی در جیره جوجههای گوشتی استفاده نمود. همچنین تخمیر میتواند از سطح گلوکوزینولات کنجاله کانولا بهطور چشمگیری بکاهد.

اثر سطوح مختلف سلنیوم بهصورت بلوس آهستهرهش قبل از جفتگیری بر عملکرد و برخی فراسنجههای خونی میشهای لری بختیاری
به منظور بررسی کارایی بلوس آهستهرهش حاوی سطوح مختلف سلنیوم بر عملکرد و برخی فراسنجههای خونی و شیر میشهای لری بختیاری، آزمایش حاضر طراحی شد. به این منظور 45 راس میش به سه گروه 15 راسی تقسیم شدند. تیمارها شامل 1) میشهای شاهد 2) میشهای دریافتکننده 2/0 میلیگرم سلنیوم در روز و 3) میشهای دریافتکننده 4/0 میلیگرم سلنیوم در روز. در روز اول آزمایش تمامی میشها سیدرگذاری شدند و به گروههای مختلف بلوس مورد نظر خورانده شد. در طول دوره تغذیه میشها بهصورت چرای آزاد روی مرتع بود. نمونهگیری از خون تمامی میشها در 76 روز پس از قوچ اندازی (اواسط آبستنی) و 30 روز پس از زایمان قبل از رفتن به مرتع صورت گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که وزن تولد، وزن دو ماهگی، افزایش وزن روزانه، تولید شیر، مقدار چربی، پروتئین، مواد جامد بدون چربی و میزان سلنیوم شیر در تیمارهای دریافتکننده سلنیوم نسبت به تیمار شاهد بالاتر بود (05/0>P). تولید شیر میشهای دریافتکننده سطح 4/0 میلیگرم سلنیوم در روز نسبت به سطح 2/0 میلیگرم سلنیوم در روز بالاتر بود (05/0>P). غلظت سلنیوم و ترییدوتیرونین سرم و فعالیت گلوتاتیون پراکسیداز خون میشهای دریافتکننده سطوح مختلف سلنیوم نسبت به گروه شاهد بالاتر بود (05/0>P). بهطورکلی، هر دو سطح سلنیوم سبب بهبود عملکرد برههای متولد شده و برخی فراسنجههای خون و شیر میشها شد، اما استفاده از سطح 4/0 میلیگرم سلنیوم در روز به خاطر تولید شیر بالاتر توصیه میشود.
