Dietary treatments were contained a reference diet and two test diets. In the test diets 30 percent of corn, SBM and sunflower oil replaced by processed or non-processed soybean meal. In all three experiments, metabolisable energy of ingredients measured by excreta collection using celite as a marker. The results indicated that the AMEn ofprocessed and non-processed soybean meal for broiler breeder hens was higher than broiler chickens and commercial layer hens. Our results showed that the AMEn of processed SBM were significantly higher than AMEn of non-processed soybean meal (2626.08 vs 2274.75 for broiler breeder hens and 2466.0 vs 1993.6 for broiler chickens and 2344.46 vs 2079.75 kcal/kg for layer hens). In conclusion, the results showed that the metabolisable energy intake of ingredients were different among different birds and processing could increase the nutritional value of soybean meal.}, keywords = {apparent metabolisable energy,celite marker,digesta,Intestinal morphology,strain}, title_fa = {مقایسۀ ارزش انرژی‌زایی کنجالۀ سویای بدون فرآوری و کنجالۀ سویای فرآوری‌شده برای مرغ‌های‌ مادر گوشتی، جوجه‌های گوشتی و مرغ‌های تخم‌گذار تجاری}, abstract_fa = {این پژوهش با هدف ارزیابی تأثیر نوع پرنده بر انرژی قابل سوخت‌وساز ظاهری دو نوع کنجالۀ سویا (فرآوری‌شده و بدون فرآوری) اجرا شد. در این تحقیق از 36 قطعه مرغ مادر گوشتی سویۀ راس 308 (62 هفته)، 72 قطعه جوجۀ گوشتی نر سویۀ راس 308 (35 روزه) و 36 قطعه مرغ تخم‌گذار سویۀ های‌لاین دبلیو 36 (40 هفته) استفاده شد. در هر آزمایش تیمارها شامل یک جیرۀ مرجع و دو جیرۀ آزمایشی بود. در جیرههای آزمایشی 30 درصد کنجالۀ سویای فرآوری‌شده و یا 30 درصد کنجالۀ سویای بدون فرآوری جایگزین ذرت، کنجالۀ سویا و روغن جیرۀ مرجع شد. به هریک از جیرهها 1 درصد سلیت به‌عنوان نشانگر اضافه شد و انرژی قابل سوخت‌وساز با روش جمعآوری فضولات به دست آمد. نتایج نشان داد، میزان انرژی قابل سوخت‌وساز کنجالۀ سویای فرآوری‌شده و بدون فرآوری در مرغهای مادر گوشتی بیشتر از جوجههای گوشتی و مرغهای تخم‌گذار بود. میزان انرژی قابل سوخت‌وساز کنجالۀ سویای فرآوری‌شده در هر سه آزمایش بیشتر از کنجالۀ سویای بدون فرآوری بود (به ترتیب 08/2626 در مقابل 75/2274 کیلوکالری برای مرغهای مادر گوشتی، 0/2466 در مقابل 6/1993 کیلوکالری در جوجۀ گوشتی و 46/2344 در مقابل 75/2079 کیلوکالری در مرغهای تخم‌گذار). به‌طورکلی نتایج این آزمایش نشان داد، میزان دریافت انرژی از اقلام خوراکی بین سویههای مورد آزمایش تفاوت داشت و همچنین فرآوری باعث افزایش ارزش تغذیهای کنجالۀ سویا شد.}, keywords_fa = {apparent metabolisable energy,celite marker,digesta,Intestinal morphology,strain}, url = {https://ijas.ut.ac.ir/article_68016.html}, eprint = {https://ijas.ut.ac.ir/article_68016_b7641aced567e3c3879c5093907fdf9a.pdf} }
