A total of 2629 quail body weight records at 28 days old were used in this research. Double hierarchical generalized linear model (DHGLM) was used to estimate (co) variance components using ASREML 4.0 software. Additive genetic variance for mean and residual were 189.59 and 0.18, respectively and were statistically significant (p<0.01). The genetic standard deviation for residual of body weight was 0.42. Therefore decreasing estimated breeding value of residual by 1 genetic standard deviation can increase the uniformity of body weight at 28 days old by 42%. Heritability for mean (0.51) was larger than the heritability for the residual (0.02). Although heritability for residual was low but it was significant (p<0.01). The Spearman rank correlation between estimated breeding values in mean and dispersion was low (0.094). Low and unfavorable genetic correlation (0.09) was obtained between mean and residual. The results obtained in this research show the residual of body weight records at 28 days old is under control of additive genetic variance and uniformity can be achieved by means of genetic selection.}, keywords = {Body weight,Japanese quail,residual variance,uniformity of body weight}, title_fa = {برآورد و امکان‌سنجی انتخاب فراسنجه‌های ژنتیکی برای افزایش یکنواختی وزن بدن در بلدرچین ژاپنی}, abstract_fa = {هدف از این پژوهش، برآورد و امکان‌سنجی انتخاب فراسنجه‌های ژنتیکی برای بخش واریانس باقی‌مانده و بخش میانگین صفت وزن بدن در بلدرچین ژاپنی بود. در این بررسی شمار 2629 رکورد وزن بدن بلدرچین در سن 28 روزگی استفاده شد. فراسنجه‌های ژنتیکی با استفاده از مدل آماریDouble Hierarchical Generalized Linear Model  در نرم‌افزار ASREML 4.0 برآورد شد. واریانس ژنتیک افزایشی برآوردشده برای بخش میانگین و بخش واریانس باقی‌مانده به ترتیب 55/189 و 18/0 و از نظر آماری معنی‌دار بودند (01/0P<). انحراف معیار افزایشی بخش واریانس باقی‌مانده برابر 42/0 بود، یعنی کاهش در میانگین ارزشهای اصلاحی بخش واریانس باقی‌مانده به میزان یک انحراف معیار ژنتیک افزایشی سبب 42 درصد افزایش در میزان یکنواختی وزن بدن در 28 روزگی می‌شود. وراثت‌پذیری برآوردشده برای بخش میانگین (51/0) بیشتر از وراثت‌پذیری برآوردشده برای بخش واریانس باقی‌مانده (02/0) بود. به‌رغم کم بودن وراثت‌پذیری بخش واریانس باقی‌مانده، این میزان از نظر آماری نسبت به صفر تفاوت معنی‌داری داشت (01/0P<). همبستگی رتبهای اسپیرمن کمتری (094/0) بین ارزشهای اصلاحی برآوردشده برای بخش میانگین و بخش واریانس باقی‌مانده به دست آمد. همبستگی ژنتیکی نامطلوب و کم (09/0) بین ارزشهای اصلاحی بخش میانگین با ارزشهای اصلاحی بخش واریانس باقی‌مانده، برآورد شد. نتایج این بررسی نشان داد، بخش واریانس باقی‌ماندۀ صفت وزن بدن بلدرچین در 28 روزگی، تحت کنترل اثر ژنتیک افزایشی بوده که میتوان با انتخاب ژنتیکی میزان یکنواختی گله برای این صفت را افزایش داد.}, keywords_fa = {بلدرچین ژاپنی,واریانس بخش باقی‌مانده,وزن بدن,یکنواختی وزن}, url = {https://ijas.ut.ac.ir/article_64589.html}, eprint = {https://ijas.ut.ac.ir/article_64589_3f7235ac4f2b5eaf3b25cbb95a619f35.pdf} }
