Body weight, feed intake, feed conversion ratio, mortality rate and the index of production efficiency were determined during the experiment. Hematocrit and blood parameters were measured at 35 days of age. Carcass characteristics and the right ventricle weight per total ventricle weight (RV:TV) ratios were determined and compared. Feed conversion ratio and production index was improved by feed restriction from 7-21 days (P<0.05) at 42 days. With applying feed restriction ascites mortality was reduced (P<0.05). Applied feed restriction methods on the amount of hemoglobin, red blood cells and hematocrit had no significant effect, but increased levels of corticosterone (P<0.05). Although T3 hormone was not affected by feed restriction but T4 was increased by feed restriction from 7 to 21 days (P<0.05). In addition, T3 to T4 ratios was reduced by feed restriction (P<0.05).The results of this experiment indicated that, 6 hours feed restriction from 7 to 21 days and 4 hours from 22 to 28 days had the lowest ascites mortality and increased body weight insignificantly.}, keywords = {Arian male broiler chickens,ascites,Feed restriction,growth performance}, title_fa = {تأثیر روش های خوراک دهی بر عملکرد و پیشگیری از عارضۀ آسیت در جوجه های گوشتی نر سویۀ آرین}, abstract_fa = {در این آزمایش تأثیر سه روش خوراکدهی در چهار تکرار شامل: 1- بدون محدودیت خوراک؛ 2- محدودیت خوراک شش ساعت از 21-7 روزگی و چهار ساعت از 28-21 روزگی؛3- محدودیت خوراک شش ساعت از 14-7 روزگی و چهار ساعت از 21-14 روزگی بر عملکرد و پیشگیری از عارضۀ آسیت شصت قطعه جوجۀ گوشتی نر سویۀ آرین در طول شش هفته با استفاده از طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی بررسی شد. در طول آزمایش وزن بدن، خوراک مصرفی، ضریب تبدیل غذایی، درصد تلفات و شاخص کارایی تولید تعیین شد. در 35 روزگی هماتوکریت و فراسنجههای خونی اندازهگیری شد. در پایان آزمایش ویژگیهای لاشه و نسبت بطن راست به‌کل بطن تعیین و مقایسه شد. محدودیت غذایی افزایش وزن بدن و مصرف خوراک را در کل دوره تحت تأثیر قرار نداد. محدودیت خوراک 21-7 روزگی شاخص تولید را بهبود داد (05/0>P). درصد تلفات ناشی از آسیت با اعمال محدودیت خوراک کاهش یافت (05/0>P). اعمال محدودیت خوراک تفاوت معنیداری بر مقادیر هموگلوبین، گلبول‌های قرمز خون و هماتوکریت نداشت ولی سطح کورتیکوسترون را افزایش داد (05/0>P). هورمون T3 تحت تأثیر محدودیت خوراک قرار نگرفت ولی محدودیت خوراک 21-7 روزگی بیشترین میزان T4 را نسبت به محدودیت 14-7 روزگی داشت (05/0>P) و همچنین نسبت T3 به T4 با اعمال محدودیت خوراک کاهش یافت (05/0>P). با توجه به نتایج محدودیت خوراک شش ساعت از 21-7 روزگی و چهار ساعت از 28-22 روزگی کمترین میزان تلفات ناشی از آسیت را داشت و از سوی دیگر افزایش وزن بدن در کل دورۀ تفاوت معنیداری با گروه شاهد نداشت.}, keywords_fa = {آسیت,جوجه‌های گوشتی آرین,عملکرد,محدودیت خوراک}, url = {https://ijas.ut.ac.ir/article_59028.html}, eprint = {https://ijas.ut.ac.ir/article_59028_b6942578286e0030b812db14da5b1667.pdf} }
