The data were 5,559 ABWLL records of 2,244 Mehraban ewes. The random regression models consisted of namely, flock-year-season of lambing as fixed effect, a fixed regression to fit average trajectory of the population and two random regressions to fit random additive genetic and permanent environmental effects. The models had linear and quadratic B-Spline or quadratic or cubic Legendre functions, all with heterogeneous residual variances. Variance components were estimated using Average Information algorithm of Restricted Maximum Likelihood (AI-REML). According to Akaike and Bayesian information criteria, the model BS212 with quadratic, linear and quadratic B-Spline functions for fixed regression and random regressions of additive genetic and permanent environment was considered as the best model to fit the data. Using the BS212 model, the highest and lowest heritabilities for ABWLL were estimated for 12 months of age (0.74) and 31 to 66 months of the ewe age (0.03), respectively and coefficients of permanent environment were close to 0 in all ages. The estimated values in middle ages were more accurate than initial or final ages. The results of the present study showed that the records obtained on initial lambings probably could have higher importance for breeding programs.}, keywords = {average birth weight of lambs per lambing,B-spline,legendre,variance components}, title_fa = {مقایسۀ مدل‌های تابعیت تصادفی لژاندر و بی‌اسپلاین در برآورد اجزای واریانس میانگین وزن تولد بره‌ها در هر زایش در گوسفند مهربان}, abstract_fa = {پژوهش حاضر به منظور مقایسۀ مدل‌های مختلف رگرسیون تصادفی برای برآورد اجزای واریانس میانگین وزن تولد بره‌ها در هر زایش در گوسفندان مهربان انجام گرفت. اطلاعات استفاده‌شده شامل 5559 رکورد میانگین وزن تولد بره‌ها در هر زایش برای 2244 رأس میش مهربان بود. مدل‌های رگرسیون تصادفی شامل اثر ثابت گله- سال- فصل زایش، یک رگرسیون ثابت برای برازش میانگین تغییرات در جمعیت و دو رگرسیون تصادفی برای برازش آثار تصادفی ژنتیکی افزایشی و محیطی دائمی بودند. این مدل‌ها دارای توابع بی‌اسپلاین خطی و درجۀ دو، یا توابع لژاندر درجۀ دو یا درجۀ سه، همگی با واریانس‌های باقی‌مانده ناهمگن بودند. اجزای واریانس با الگوریتم میانگین اطلاعات بیشترین درست‌نمایی محدودشده (AI-REML) برآورد شدند. بر اساس معیارهای اطلاعات آکایک و بیزی، مدل BS212 با توابع بی‌اسپلاین درجۀ دو، خطی و درجۀ دو، به‌ترتیب برای رگرسیون ثابت و رگرسیون‌های تصادفی ژنتیکی افزایشی و محیط دائمی به‌عنوان بهترین مدل برای برازش داده‌ها در نظر گرفته شد. با کمک مدل BS212 بیشترین و کمترین وراثت‌پذیری میانگین وزن بره‌ها در هر زایش به‌ترتیب، در سن 12 ماهگی (62/0± 74/0) و سنین 31 تا 66 ماهگی میش (08/0± 03/0) برآورد شدند و ضرایب محیط دائمی در همۀ سنین نزدیک به صفر بودند. مقادیر برآوردشده در سنین میانی دقیق‌تر از سنین آغازین و پایانی بودند. نتایج این بررسی نشان داد که رکوردهای به‌دست‌آمده از زایش‌های نخست احتمالاً اهمیت بیشتری در برنامه‌های اصلاح‌نژادی دارند.}, keywords_fa = {average birth weight of lambs per lambing,B-spline,legendre,variance components}, url = {https://ijas.ut.ac.ir/article_56826.html}, eprint = {https://ijas.ut.ac.ir/article_56826_b4a2a4bb6d611db5fedeaf7194fefb4f.pdf} }
