In this study, the possibility of quail’s egg lysozyme concentration and activity (modified via amino acids dietary supplementation) was investigated. In accordance with lysozyme amino acids profile, four amino acids of: asparagine, arginine, glycine, and methionine were added to layer quails’ feed. For supplementation of amino acids, provision of the same level of protein content in all the groups was considered, so that amino acids were supplemented in such a way as to add 0.235% protein to the basal diet. A total of 72 Japanese quails were employed in a completely randomized design experiment of six experimental groups, three replicates and four birds in each of the 18 cages. Amino acids supplementation was proved to have significant increasing effect on egg number and on total egg,s mass production (P<0.05). Feed conversion ratio did not significantly differ among the experimental groups, but the most desirable ratio was observed in the control group. Egg shell weight, percentage of albumen, percentage of yolk, albumen height, Haugh unit and yolk height showed significant differences among the experimental groups (P<0.05).  Supplementation of amino acids to the diet improved these parameters of eggs. Lysozyme activity was assessed via lysoplate and turbidity methods. Supplementation of arginine and asparagine alone and in their combinations increased the lysozyme activity as evaluated by lysoplate (P<0.05) and by turbidity (P<0.05) methods. Lysozyme concentration was also influenced by a supplementation of the mentioned amino acids (P<0.05).}, keywords = {Egg white lysozyme,Japanese quail,Amino acids,Egg production,egg quality}, title_fa = {افزایش محتوای لایزوزیم تخم بلدرچین ژاپنی با مکمل سازی جیره¬ای اسیدهای آمینه}, abstract_fa = { به منظور بررسی امکان تغییر غلظت و فعالیت آنزیم لایزوزیم در تحقیق حاضر چهار اسیدآمینه آسپاراژین، آرژنین، گلایسین و متیونین به جیره غذایی بلدرچینهای تخمگذار مکمل شد. برای مکمل سازی اسیدهای آمینه، یکسان بودن محتوای پروتئینی جیره در تمام گروههای آزمایشی اساس کار قرار گرفت و بدین منظور مقدار اسیدهای آمینه مکمل افزوده شده در گروههای آزمایشی معادل 235/0 درصد پروتئین خام بود. تعداد 72 قطعه بلدرچین تخمگذار در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی با 6 تیمار، 3 تکرار و 4 پرنده در هر قفس به مدت 30 روز مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. مکمل نمودن اسیدهای آمینه اثر مثبت و معنیداری بر روی درصد تولید تخم و توده تخم داشت (05/0P<)، ضریب تبدیل غذایی در بین گروههای آزمایشی تفاوت معنیداری نشان نداد، لیکن از نظر عددی بهترین ضریب تبدیل مربوط به گروه شاهد بود (05/0P<). وزن پوسته، درصد سفیده، درصد زرده، ارتفاع سفیده، واحد هاو و ارتفاع زرده بین گروههای آزمایشی تفاوت معنیدار نشان دادند(05/0P<) و افزودن اسیدهای آمینه به جیره غذایی بلدرچینها موجب افزایش این صفات گردید. فعالیت آنزیم لایزوزیم با دو روش لایزوپلیت و کدورت سنجی سنجیده شد، مکمل نمودن اسیدهای آمینه آرژنین و آسپاراژین به تنهایی و در ترکیب با یکدیگر موجب افزایش فعالیت آنزیم لایزوزیم در هر دو روش لایزوپلیت (05/0P<) و کدورت سنجی (05/0P<) شد. غلظت پروتئین لایزوزیم هم تحت تأثیر افزودن جیرهای اسیدهای آمینه قرار گرفت (05/0P<). بر اساس نتایج این تحقیق امکان افزایش لایزوزیم تخم از طریق مکمل سازی جیرهای اسیدهای آمینه وجود دارد.}, keywords_fa = {Egg white lysozyme,Japanese quail,Amino acids,Egg production,egg quality}, url = {https://ijas.ut.ac.ir/article_35567.html}, eprint = {https://ijas.ut.ac.ir/article_35567_2b6e1609bca53a726f8df3356b12e0c3.pdf} }
