A number of, 192 day old female Ross broiler chickens were fed with 4 dietary treatments in a completely randomized design, each dietary treatment had 4 replication. Dietary treatments included 100, 153, 168 and 183% of digestible arginine, as based on the Ross catalogue recommendation. The birds, were fed from day 1 to 10. On the 10th day of experiment, three chickens per replication were randomly selected, blood samples were collected from each, and then the birds were slaughtered to measure carcass traits and determine blood parameters. The results revealed that dietary arginine treatments significantly (P<0.05) affected the increase in 10-day body weight, daily weight gain, feed efficiency, carcass weight, carcass efficiency, weight and thickness of breast muscle, thigh weight, heart weight, weight plus length of duodenum, jejunum, and ileum; while decreasing (P<0.05) carcass abdominal fat weight. Arginine supplementation also increased (P<0.05) plasma concentrations of triiodothyronine (T3), thyroxin (T4while decreasing (P<0.05) plasma concentrations of cholesterol, triglyceride, and urea. According to the results of the study, a consumption level of 168% digestible arginine, as based upon Ross catalogue recommendations, rendered the most desirable results on growth improvement and carcass traits, while the diet containing 183% digestible arginine, also based upon Ross catalogue recommendations, led to the greatest fat carcass reduction.}, keywords = {arginine,growth performance,carcass characteristics,Blood parameters,Broiler Chicken}, title_fa = {بررسی اثرات تغذیه ال-آرژنین بر عملکرد رشد، صفات لاشه و فراسنجههای خونی در جوجههای گوشتی}, abstract_fa = {چکیده  هدف از مطالعه حاضر تعیین اثرات سطوح مختلف ال-آرژنین بر عملکرد رشد، صفات لاشه‌ای و فراسنجه‌های خون در جوجه مرغ‌های گوشتی سویه راس در دوره آغازین بود. در این آزمایش تعداد 192 جوجه مرغ گوشتی یک روزه سویه راس در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی با 4 جیره غذایی تغذیه شدند که هر جیره غذایی شامل 4 تکرار بود. جیره‌های غذائی حاوی مقادیر 100%، 153%، 168% و 183 % آرژنین قابل هضم بر اساس توصیه کاتالوگ راس بودند و از 1 تا 10 روزگی تغذیه شدند. در روز دهم آزمایش، تعداد سه جوجه از هر تکرار به صورت تصادفی انتخاب، نمونه‌های خون از هر کدام جمع آوری شده و کشتار شدند تا صفات لاشه و پارامتر‌های خونی مورد اندازه‌گیری قرار گیرد. نتایج نشان دادند که جیره غذایی آرژنین اثر معنی‌دار افزاینده (05/0 P<) بر وزن 10 روز‌گی، افزایش وزن روزانه، بازده خوراک، وزن لاشه، بازده لاشه، وزن و ضخامت ماهیچه سینه‌ای، وزن ران، وزن قلب، وزن و طول دئودنوم، ژژنوم و ایلئوم داشت، در حالی که وزن چربی شکمی لاشه کاهش (05/0 P<) یافت. همچنین مکمل آرژنین غلظت‌های پلاسمائی تری‌یدوتیرونین (T3) و تیروکسین (T4) را افزایش (05/0 P<) داد، ولی غلظت‌های پلاسمائی کلسترول، تری‌گلیسرید و اوره را کاهش (05/0 P<) داد. بر اساس نتایج حاصل از این مطالعه، مصرف میزان 168% آرژنین قابل هضم بر اساس توصیه کاتالوگ راس، بهترین نتیجه را در بهبود رشد و صفات لاشه و در جیره حاوی 183 % آرژنین قابل هضم بر اساس توصیه کاتالوگ راس، بیشترین کاهش چربی لاشه را در پی داشته است.}, keywords_fa = {آرژنین,عملکرد رشد,صفات لاشه,فراسنجههای خونی,جوجه گوشتی}, url = {https://ijas.ut.ac.ir/article_35565.html}, eprint = {https://ijas.ut.ac.ir/article_35565_69fa145e123dcf4bb37a38955713b712.pdf} }
