A number of 576 male broiler chickens (Ross 308) were made use of ina completely randomized design of a factorial arrangement (3×2×2×3), comprised of 36 treatments, 4replicates of 4 chicks in each battery cage. Factors included three levels of 1α-OH-D3 (0, 5 and 10μg/kg), two levels of Cholecalciferol (0 and 5000 ICU/kg), two levels of microbial phytase (0 and 500FTU/kg), as well as three levels of Ca and phosphorus (100, 75 and 50% of Ross broiler nutritionrecommendation values). Dietary treatments were implemented within an age interval of from 1 to 42days. Supplementation of diets of 5 and 10 μg/kg of 1α-OH-D3 reduced body weight and feed intake at7, 35 and 42d (P<0.01; P<0.05). Supplementation of 500 FTU/kg of Phytase enzyme in the dietincreased body weight at 7 and 14 days (P<0.05). Interaction between 1α-OH-D3 and phytase on feedconversion ratio was significant (P<0.01), in a way that addition of 500 FTU/kg of Phytase to dietcontaining 5 μg/kg of 1α-OH-D3 improved feed conversion ratio at 28d (P≤0.01). 1α-OH-D3supplementation increased tibia breaking force, linearly (P<0.01). Results indicated that addition of1α-OH-D3 to broiler chickens, diets alleviates the risk of tibial dyschondroplasia incidence. Yet, theappropriate recommended dosage needs to be further investigated.}, keywords = {1α-OH-D3,Cholecalciferol,Microbial phytase,Broiler Chicken,performance}, title_fa = {اثر 1- آلفا هیدروکسی کوله¬کلسیفرول بر روی عملکرد جوجه¬های گوشتی}, abstract_fa = {آزمایشی برای بررسی اثر افزودن متابولیت 1- آلفا هیدروکسی کولهکلسیفرول با و بدون کولهکلسیفرول  و فیتاز میکروبی در جیرههای با سطوح مختلف کلسیم و فسفر بر عملکرد جوجههای گوشتی انجام شد. برای انجام این آزمایش تعداد 576 قطعه جوجه یک روزه نر (راس 308) با میانگین وزن 1±40 گرم انتخاب شدند. آزمایش در قالب طرح  کاملا تصادفی به صورت فاکتوریل (3×2×2×3) با 4 تکرار و 4 جوجه در هر تکرار انجام شد.  فاکتورها شامل 3 سطح از متابولیت 1α-OH-D3 (0، 5 و10  µg/kg)، 2 سطح آنزیم فیتاز (0 و500 FTU/kg)، 2 سطح کولهکلسیفرول (0 و 5000 ICU/kg)، و3 سطح کلسیم و فسفر (100، 75 و50 درصد مقدار توصیه شده در راهنمای پرورش جوجه گوشتی سویه راس 308) بود. افزودن 10 میکروگرم 1α-OH-D3 باعث کاهش خوراک مصرفی و همچنین کاهش وزن بدن در سنین 7، 35 و 42 روزگی گردید (05/0>P و 01/0>P). افزودن 500 واحد آنزیم فیتاز به جیرههای حاوی 5 میکروگرم در کیلوگرم 1α-OH-D3  باعث افزایش معنیدار وزن بدن در سنین 7 و 14 روزگی شد (05/0>P). اثر متقابل 1α-OH-D3 و آنزیم فیتاز روی ضریب تبدیل غذایی در سن 28 روزگی معنیدار بود (01/0>P) به طوریکه بهترین ضریب تبدیل غذایی نیز با مصرف 5 میکروگرم در کیلوگرم  1α-OH-D3 و 500 واحد آنزیم فیتاز حاصل شد. افزودن 5 و 10 میکروگرم 1α-OH-D3مقاومت در برابر نیروی برشی و نیروی لازم برای ایجاد شکست در استخوان درشتنی را بطور خطی افزایش داد (01/0>P). نتایج حاکی از این است که افزودن متابولیت 1α-OH-D3 میتواند بروز دیسکندروپلازی درشتنی را در جوجههای گوشتی کاهش دهد اما با توجه به سمیت این متابولیت مقدار دقیق مورد استفاده آن نیازمند تحقیقات بیشتر میباشد.  }, keywords_fa = {1α-OH-D3,Cholecalciferol,Microbial phytase,Broiler Chicken,performance}, url = {https://ijas.ut.ac.ir/article_32128.html}, eprint = {https://ijas.ut.ac.ir/article_32128_7ca0de1311fb24abf7500966fd58f0e0.pdf} }
