The experimental diets consisted of 4 levels of 0, 8, 14 and 25 percent rapeseed meal replaced with cottonseed meal and barley grain in the diets. Diets were similar as regards net energy lactation and crude protein. Cows were fed with Total Mixed Ration (TMR) for a duration of 60 days. Diets with the highest level of substitution, had 4 and 3.2% FCM higher yields than the control diet. However even through the amount and percentage of milk composition varied numerically, but no significant difference was observed between the diets. (P>0.05). Also Rumen pH and fecal pH did not exhibit significant difference as regarded the diets. Diets apparent digestibility also did not differ significantly. Among the blood metabolites; concentration of calcium, phosphorus, glucose, total protein, albumin and plasma urea nitrogen did not show significant differences as regards the diets, but the blood cholesterol level varied significantly among the experimental diets (P< 0.05), so that the highest cholesterol concentration proved to be related to diet 4 (271/2 mg/dl). Triiodothyronine (T3) hormone concentration did not significantly differ as regarded the experimental diets, but thyroxine (T4) decreased significantly with a increase in rapeseed meal levels, so that the lowest level (3.08 ng/dl) was related to the experimental diet no 4 (P= 0.001).}, keywords = {Canadian rapeseed meal,Cottonseed meal,Holstein}, title_fa = {مقایسه ارزش غذایی کنجاله منداب و کنجاله تخم پنبه در تغذیه گاوهای هلشتاین}, abstract_fa = {برای مقایسه ارزش غذایی کنجاله منداب و کنجاله تخم پنبه در تغذیه گاوهای هلشتاین، 20 راس گاو شیرده نژاد هلشتاین با میانگین وزن 34 580 کیلوگرم و با روزهای شیردهی 10±100 در قالب طرح بلوک های کامل تصادفی مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. جیره‌های آزمایشی شامل چهار سطح 0 ، 8 ، 14 و 25 درصد کنجاله منداب بودند که جایگزین کنجاله تخم پنبه و جو در جیره‌ها شدند. جیره‌ها از لحاظ پروتئین خام و انرژی خالص شیردهی یکسان بودند. گاوها با جیره‌های کاملا مخلوط به مدت 60 روز تغذیه شدند. جیره‌ها با بالاترین درصد جایگزینی، تولید شیر تصحیح شده بر اساس 4 درصد و 2/3 درصد چربی بالاتری نسبت به جیره شاهد نشان دادند، اما از لحاظ ترکیبات شیر افزایش عددی و غیر معنی‌دار در درصد و مقدار آن‌ها مشاهده گردید(05/0P>). از لحاظ pH شکمبه و pH مدفوع نیز تفاوت معنی‌داری بین جیره‌ها مشاهده نشد. هم‌چنین قابلیت هضم ظاهری جیره‌ها تفاوت معنی‌داری را نشان ندادند. در بین ترکیبات خون؛ غلظت کلسیم، فسفر، گلوکز، کل پروتئین، آلبومین و نیتروژن اوره‌ای پلاسما تفاوت معنی داری بین جیره‌ها نشان نداد، اما میزان کلسترول خون به طور معنی‌داری در بین جیره‌های آزمایشی متفاوت بود( 05/0 P< )، به طوری‌که بالاترین میزان کلسترول مربوط به جیره‌های 3 و 4 (به ترتیب 6/233 و 2/271 میلی گرم در دسی‌لیتر) بود. غلظت هورمون تری یدوتیرونین(T3) تفاوت معنی‌داری بین جیره‌های آزمایشی نشان نداد، اما تیروکسین (T4) کاهش معنی‌داری را با افزایش سطح کنجاله منداب نشان داد، به طوری‌که کم‌ترین مقدار(06/3 نانوگرم در دسی‌لیتر) مربوط به جیره آزمایشی 4 بود.}, keywords_fa = {Canadian rapeseed meal,Cottonseed meal,Holstein}, url = {https://ijas.ut.ac.ir/article_24910.html}, eprint = {https://ijas.ut.ac.ir/article_24910_8b322362ae40080eb7ed9eba6717bc0f.pdf} }
