The treatments consisted of 6 levels of methionine (0.2, 0.25, 0.3, 0.35, 0.4 and 0.45% diets), with 4 replicates of 7 hens each for a duration of 8 weeks and for ages of 28 to 35 weeks. Diets contained similar levels of protein metabolizable energy. The levels of the other amino acids were taken equal in all the diets to ensure that methionine was chosen as the only limiting amino acid in each dietal treatment. Feed intake, egg production, egg weight, settable eggs, egg mass, feed conversion ratio, egg content and SRBC responses were evaluated during the experimental periods. For finding out the optimum methionine level, Simple Additive Weighted (SAW) and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) methods as well as economic maximum equation were employed. Application of multi attribute decision making system SAW and TOPSIS indicated the appropriate methionine levels as 0.329 and 0.297 percent in the diets, respectively. Total methionine content in the diets, for maximum economic profit (according to feed cost and chick value) was recorded as 0.307. Results finally indicated that using 0.3-0.33 percent methionine in the Arian broiler breeder diets could be approppriately suggested for maximum performance and most economical profit.}, keywords = {broiler breeder hen,Methionine requirement,performance,Physiologic and metabolic responses}, title_fa = {تعیین سطح مناسب متیونین در مرغ‌های مادر گوشتی با استفاده از روش اقتصادی حداکثرسازی سود و تصمیم‌گیری بر مبنای پاسخ‌های چندگانه}, abstract_fa = {به منظور تعیین سطح مناسب متیونین در جیره مرغ‌های مادر گوشتی آرین، آزمایشی در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با شش تیمار (جیره‌ها حاوی سطوح 2/0، 25/0، 3/0، 35/0، 4/0 و 45/0 درصد متیونین)، با 5 تکرار و 7 قطعه مرغ و یک قطعه خروس در هر تکرار به مدت 8 هفته (35-28 هفتگی) انجام شد. جیره‌ها از لحاظ مواد مغذی یکسان بودند به‌طوری که تنها عامل متغیر میزان متیونین موجود در جیره‌ها بود. در طول دوره آزمایش صفات تولید تخم‌مرغ، وزن تخم‌مرغ و تلفات، توده تخم‌مرغ تولیدی، محتوی تخم‌مرغ و ضریب تبدیل غذایی، میزان جوجه درآوری، درصد تخم‌مرغ‌های قابل جوجه‌کشی، درصد تخم‌مرغ‌های نطفه دار، درصد جوجه‌های درجه 1 و 2، وزن جوجه‌ها و خواص کیفی تخم‌مرغ مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. در پایان برای تعیین بهترین سطح از روش مدیریتی Simple additive weighted ((SAW، Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal TOPSIS) Solution) و روش اقتصادی استفاده شد. در این روش برای انتخاب بهترین تیمار از صفاتی که در تجزیه و تحلیل آماری تفاوت معنی‌دار داشتند، استفاده شد. صفاتی چون درصد تولید، وزن توده تخم‌مرغ، محتوی تخم‌مرغ، ضریب تبدیل، واحد هاو، تخم‌مرغ قابل جوجه‌کشی و تیتر پاسخ به گلبول قرمز گوسفندی (SRBC) مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. بر اساس نتایج حاصله سطح مناسب متیونین در مرغ‌های مادر گوشتی با استفاده از روش مدیریتی SAW و TOPSIS و روش اقتصادی به ترتیب 329/0، 297/0 و 307/0 درصد جیره مرغ‌های مادر بود. لذا بر اساس نتایج این تحقیق، بهترین سطح متیونین در جیره مرغ‌های مادر 33/0- 3/0 درصد است.}, keywords_fa = {broiler breeder hen,Methionine requirement,performance,Physiologic and metabolic responses}, url = {https://ijas.ut.ac.ir/article_24240.html}, eprint = {https://ijas.ut.ac.ir/article_24240_10d3f590d1cdd79cba8831a84d1f444e.pdf} }
