Cows were fed the following diets: 1) 100% barley, 2) 67% barley and corn 33%, 3) 33% barley and 67% corn and finally 4) corn by 100%. Cows were offered feed individually and three times daily. Dry Matter Intake (DMI), milk yield and composition, feed efficiency, blood metabolites, ruminal and fecal pH, body weights and body condition scores were assessed. Dry matter intakes (P=0.01), and milk yields (P=0.03) were highest for cows fed diet containing 33% barley and 67% corn. Milk fat percentage (P=0.001), milk non fat solid percentage (P=0.17) and milk lactose content, percentagewise (P=0.2) were lowest for cows fed diet containing 100% barley. Ruminal pH (P=0.09) was lowest in cows fed diet containing 100% barley while highest for cows fed diet containing 100% corn. No significant differences were found in blood BHBA, NEFA, BUN and in total protein. Blood glucose (P=0.018) and albumin were recorded as lowest in cows fed diet containing 100% barley. These results most probably reflect a more optimal synchronization of dietary protein and energy for dairy cows when fed diets containing 33% barley and 67% corn in their early lactating diets rather than alfalfa hey formerly fed as the sole forage source.}, keywords = {Barley grain,Corn grain.,Degradability,Holstein cows,starch}, title_fa = {اثر سرعت تجزیه‌پذیری منابع نشاسته بر توان تولیدی و فراسنجه‌های خونی گاو‌های هلشتاین در اوایل دوره شیردهی}, abstract_fa = {به منظور بررسی تأثیر سرعت تجزیه‌پذیری منابع نشاسته بر توان تولیدی گاوهای شیری هلشتاین در اوایل دوره شیردهی آزمایشی در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی با چهار جیره غذایی، در یک دوره 65 روزه روی20 راس گاو شیری هلشتاین سه و بیش از سه بار زایش شده با میانگین وزن 7/33 ± 586 کیلوگرم و با روزهای شیردهی 32/9 ± 15/48 انجام گردید. جیره‌های آزمایشی حاوی: 1) سطح 100 درصد جو، 2) سطح 67 درصد جو و33 درصد ذرت، 3) سطح 33 درصد جو و67 درصد ذرت، 4) سطح 100 درصد ذرت به عنوان غلات بودند. جیره‌های آزمایشی به طور انفرادی در سه وعده در اختیار گاوها قرارگرفتند. ماده خشک مصرفی، تولید شیر، ترکیبات شیر، کیلوگرم شیر تولیدی به ازای هرکیلوگرم ماده خشک مصرفی (بازده تولید)، متابولیت‌های خون، pH مدفوع و شکمبه، تغییرات وزن بدن و امتیاز وضعیت بدنی مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. ماده خشک مصرفی (01/0P=) تولید شیر (03/0 P=)، در گاوهای دریافت‌کننده جیره سه (33 درصد جو و 67 درصد ذرت) بالاترین بودند. درصد چربی شیر (001/0P=)، درصد مواد جامد بدون چربی شیر (17/0P=) و درصد لاکتوز شیر (2/0P=) در جیره یک (سطح 100 درصد جو) کمترین بودند. pH شکمبه (09/0P=) در جیره یک کمترین و در جیره چهار بیشترین بودند. غلظت گلوکز خون (018/0P=) در جیره یک کمترین مقدار را نشان داد. در مجموع نتایج نشان داد که جیره 33 درصد جو و 67 درصد ذرت موجب بهبود توان تولیدی گاوها شده است واین امر احتمالاً، به واسطه همزمانی بهینه انرژی و پروتئین برای گاوهای تغذیه شده با جیره 33 درصد جو و 67 درصد ذرت در جیره‌های پس از زایش همراه با علف خشک یونجه به عنوان تنها منبع علوفه می‌باشد.}, keywords_fa = {تجزیه‌پذیری,دانه جو,دانه ذرت.,گاوهای هلشتاین,نشاسته}, url = {https://ijas.ut.ac.ir/article_23540.html}, eprint = {https://ijas.ut.ac.ir/article_23540_d81b21ccce45de8452a13a10f5089404.pdf} }
