In the first experiment, the precision-fed rooster assay was employed to determine the true metabolisable energy corrected for nitrogen in triticale. In the second and third experiments, Total Excreta Collection method, using male broiler chicks (20-23 days of age), was employed to determine the apparent metabolisable energy corrected for nitrogen in triticale with/without exogenous enzyme supplementation. The chemical composition of triticale was recorded as: EE, 1.65±0.29; CP, 14.00±1.37; CF, 4.92±0.49; Ash, 1.77±0.33; NFE, 77.6±1.62% and CE, 4180±95 kcal/kg. A wide variation in CP (12.2 to 17% on a dry matter basis) and NFE (74.7 to 79.8% on dry matter basis) was recorded among triticale samples. The average true and apparent metabolisable energy corrected for nitrogen in triticale and on a dry matter basis, were 3380±112 and 3244±82 kcal/kg, respectively. The results indicated that the metabolisable energy in triticale was mainly influenced by the factor of cultivated areas. The addition of exogenous enzyme supplementation; xylanase& ?-glucanase as well as phytase improved the apparent metabolisable energy in triticale by 155 and 86 kcal/ kg, respectively.}, keywords = {.,apparent metabolisable energy,enzyme supplementation,triticale,True metabolisable energy}, title_fa = {بررسی اثر رقم، منطقه کشت و مکمل آنزیمی بر انرژی قابل سوخت‎وساز تریتیکاله}, abstract_fa = {سه آزمایش به منظور تعیین ترکیب شیمیایی و بررسی اثر رقم و منطقه کشت بر انرژی قابل سوخت‎وساز ظاهری و حقیقی تریتیکاله و اثر دو نوع مکمل آنزیمی بر انرژی قابل سوخت‎وساز ظاهری آن آزمایش انجام شد. در آزمایش اوّل ترکیب شیمیایی و مقدار انرژی قابل سوخت‎وساز حقیقی تصحیح شده برای ازت تریتیکاله با استفاده از خروس‌های بالغ به روش تغذیه اجباری سیبالد تعیین شد. در آزمایش دوم و سوم مقادیر انرژی قابل سوخت‎وساز ظاهری تصحیح شده برای ازت تریتیکاله با و بدون افزودن مکمل آنزیمی زایلاناز-بتاگلوکاناز و یا فیتاز به روش جمع‎آوری کل مدفوع با استفاده از جوجه‌های گوشتی نر در سن 23-20 روزگی تعیین شد. ترکیب شیمیایی تریتیکاله شامل؛ چربی خام، پروتیین خام، فیبر خام، خاکستر، عصاره عاری از ازت و انرژی خام به ترتیب 29/0±65/1، 37/1±00/14، 49/0±92/4، 32/0±77/1، 62/1±60/77% و 95±4180 کیلوکالری در کیلوگرم به دست آمد. بیشترین تنوع مواد مغذی تریتیکاله در میزان پروتیین خام (2/12 تا 0/17%) و عصاره عاری از ازت (7/74 تا 8/79%) بود. میانگین انرژی قابل سوخت‎وساز حقیقی تصحیح شده برای ازت تریتیکاله با استفاده از خروس‌های بالغ 112±3380 و میانگین انرژی قابل سوخت‎وساز ظاهری تصحیح شده برای ازت تریتیکاله با استفاده از جوجه‌های گوشتی 82±3244 کیلوکالری در کیلوگرم ماده خشک به دست آمد. نمونه‌های تریتیکاله جمع‎آوری شده از مناطق مختلف از لحاظ میزان انرژی قابل سوخت‎وساز ظاهری و حقیقی تصحیح شده برای ازت اختلاف معنی‎دار داشتند. افزودن مکمل آنزیمی زایلاناز-بتاگلوکاناز و یا فیتاز مقدار انرژی قابل سوخت‎وساز ظاهری تریتیکاله را به طور معنی‎دار و به ترتیب به میزان 155 و 86 کیلوکالری در کیلوگرم ماده خشک افزایش داد.}, keywords_fa = {آنزیم,انرژی قابل سوخت‎وساز حقیقی,انرژی قابل سوخت‎وساز ظاهری,تریتیکاله}, url = {https://ijas.ut.ac.ir/article_22334.html}, eprint = {https://ijas.ut.ac.ir/article_22334_85cb42241f4779584f6aeb91b42ce301.pdf} }
