Heritability estimates were determined for each trait using derivative free REML procedures under univariate animal model. By excluding or including maternal genetic effects or maternal permanent environmental effects, six different models were fitted for each trait. Likelihood ratio test was used to determine the appropriate model. This test indicated that the model including direct and maternal genetic effects, without covariance between them, was the appropriate model for BW. The model including direct genetic effects and maternal permanent environmental effects was the most appropriate model for WW, 6MW and 9MW. The model including direct genetic effects was the most appropriate model for YW. Phenotypic, genetic and environmental correlations were estimated under multivariate analysis using the most appropriate model for each trait. Breeding values were estimated under univarite and multivariate analyses. Genetic, phenotypic and environmental trends were estimated by regression of the estimated mean of breeding values, phenotypic mean and difference between estimated mean of breeding values and phenotypic mean on birth year, respectively. The average additive direct genetic trends for BW, WW, 6MW, 9MW, YW in univariate and multivariate analyses were 0.53±0.30 and 0.84±1.14, 96.41±18.27 and 101.29±37.41, 88.24±26.11 and 90.51±48.34, 24.35±10.68 and 29.76±11.49 and 31.53±10.43 and 35.18±12.58 gr per year, respectively. The estimates of maternal additive genetic trend for BW in univariate and multivariate analyses were 3.07±1.21 and 2.91±1.67 gr per year, respectively.}, keywords = {Environmental trends,genetic trend,growth traits,Kermani sheep,Weaning.}, title_fa = {برآورد روند ژنتیکی، فنوتیپی و محیطی صفات رشد در گوسفند کرمانی}, abstract_fa = {در این پژوهش از داده‌های 2332 بره حاصل از 815 میش و 61 قوچ که در طی سال‌های 1372 تا 1383 در ایستگاه اصلاح نژاد گوسفند کرمانی جمع آوری شده بود، برای برآورد روند فنوتیپی، ژنتیکی و محیطی وزن تولد، شیرگیری، شش ماهگی، نه ماهگی و یک سالگی استفاده شد. وراثت پذیری صفات در تجزیه تک صفتی با استفاده از روش حداکثر درستنمایی محدود شده بی نیاز از مشتق‌گیری و برازش شش مدل حیوانی مختلف با افزودن و حذف آثار ژنتیکی افزایشی مادری و محیطی دائمی مادری، برآورد شدند. آزمون نسبت درستنمایی نشان داد که مدل دارای آثار ژنتیکی مستقیم و ژنتیکی افزایشی مادری، بدون در نظر گرفتن کوواریانس بین آنها، برای وزن تولد، مدل دارای آثار ژنتیکی مستقیم و محیطی دائمی مادری برای وزن‌های شیرگیری، شش ماهگی و نه ماهگی و مدل دارای آثار ژنتیکی مستقیم برای وزن یک سالگی مناسب بودند. همبستگی های فنوتیپی، ژنتیکی و محیطی با تجزیه چند صفتی و با مدل مناسب برای هر صفت برآورد شدند. ارزش های اصلاحی با استفاده از مدل حیوانی مناسب هر صفت با تجزیه تک صفتی و چند صفتی برآورد گردیدند. روند ژنتیکی، فنوتیپی و محیطی به ترتیب از تابعیت میانگین ارزش اصلاحی، میانگین فنوتیپی و تفاوت میانگین ارزش اصلاحی از میانگین فنوتیپی بر سال تولد محاسبه شدند. روند ژنتیکی مستقیم برای صفات وزن تولد، شیرگیری، شش ماهگی، نه ماهگی و یک سالگی در تجزیه تک صفتی و چند صفتی به ترتیب 30/0±53/0 و 14/1±84/0، 27/18±41/96 و 41/37±29/101، 11/26±24/88 و 34/48±51/90، 68/10±35/24 و 49/11±76/29، 43/10±53/31 و 58/12± 18/35 گرم در سال بود. روند ژنتیکی افزایشی مادری وزن تولد در تجزیه تک صفتی و چند صفتی به ترتیب 21/1±07/3 و 67/1±91/2 گرم در سال برآورد گردید.}, keywords_fa = {Environmental trends,genetic trend,growth traits,Kermani sheep,Weaning.}, url = {https://ijas.ut.ac.ir/article_20614.html}, eprint = {https://ijas.ut.ac.ir/article_20614_67b1bb2644cd42c722882508a2ce2ddf.pdf} }
